Garlic-Basil Pizza Crust

I make different pizza crusts depending on our (well, mostly my) mood. This one is a family favorite. We all know how to make pizzas once we have the crust. If not see this post. So this post will be how to make the crust, and I'll leave it to you to add all your favorite goodies.

This crust is grain free of course, and you can pick it up. Holds up well and has a "cheesy" flavor to it although there is no dairy in it. This makes 1 large pizza. We like thin crust. You could double the recipe to make a thick crust, just remember to increase your cooking time if you do that.

Ingredients:

DRY
3/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup flax meal
1/2 cup almond meal
1t baking powder
1T garlic powder
1T onion powder
1Tdried  basil

WET
4 eggs
3T olive oil
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Stir in wet ingredients. This makes a nice pliable crust. Spread onto oiled baking dish or pizza stone. Cook at 350 for 20 min. Add Sauce and Toppings to make pizza. Cook an additional 15-20 min.

Here is the uncooked crust laid out in a 12x9 baking dish

Here it is cooked up with toppings. You could definitely add cheese. We don't do dairy.

Here you can see how it holds up when picked up
