CrockPot: Have it Your Way -5 star Hot and Sour Soup

Long name huh? I almost called it "Live on me Hot & Sour soup". LOL. From 1-5, this soup is a 5 star* every time.

Makes about 6 quarts of hot and sour soup. Use YOUR favorite  meat and veggies. Here is your template. That way, you're not limited to a recipe and  can have it your way every time.  Mix it up, Eat it up!





Ingredients:
4 lbs of desired meat - diced (we used chicken)
1 lb kielbasa style sausage - diced
about 12 cups of desired veggies ( we used cabbage, zucchini, green pepper, celery
4 large turnips - diced
4" grated ginger
2 onions - diced
Bulb garlic (not clove, but bulb) - diced
salt and pepper to taste
2-3T cayenne pepper
1c vinegar (we use white and apple cider vinegar)
1/3c Tamari
1 bunch of Italian parsley - diced
We through in some bamboo shoots to complete the Asian "feel"

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in the crock pot, Cook 6 hours on high. Serve. YUM.
